ZezzyCat - A player's offense status is between that player and Jagex, and while that player has made their case public, them doing that does not make it open for discussion on the RuneScape forums.
That is something that applies to the forums as a whole and always has, rather than being something new specific to this particular case.
If Jagex wishes to make a statement on the matter, they will do so via the appropriate platforms at the appropriate time. Until that time, there is very little to discuss here and as such this has been closed.
