@Mist It'll only be superior when full set is worn. I guess this will be a requirement for RC and other things now though..

I asked John a while ago on twitter if full graceful making your weapon speed increase by 1 tick would be OP. He said the following;

@JagexJohnC do you think a full graceful set effect of increasing weapon speed with 1 tick would be OP?

@OSRSLie no as you'll be giving up all of your armour. Is that a serious suggestion??

@JagexJohnC it'll only lower maximum hit by 7 and definitely increase DPS. You don't think it'd be too OP?

@OSRSLie my initial thought is it's balanceable except for magic. I do think it's a bad idea, however.

@JagexJohnC have you experimented with set effects yet? I think 2.5% bonus exp is what it'll eventually get.

@OSRSLie I think the set is fine tbh, do need some further MoG rewards though

They've said it so many times.
The reason they don't is because they can only reply 3 things.
1) Seems like a good idea, we'll poll it.
2) Not a good idea, would never pass a poll.
3) Needs some tweaking but we could poll it.
