Dear Jagex,

I lost 83m because of the dc at 17.40 gametime on 20 May 2015. I was doing kq when i dced. What I was wearing and lost was: bandos tassets, fury, berserker ring, dragon boots, fire cape, barrow gloves and serpertine helmet with 100% scales. What my inventory looked like and I lost it all: armadyl chestplate, armadyl chainskirt, toxic blowpipe with 100% scales and 8.8k adamant darts, archers ring. At the time I was walking to the kq there were no server issues, it started at the time I was killing it so I did not have a clue the servers were being attacked.

Is it possible to get a refund?
If not that's really a shame to hear from a gaming company which I am a customer from...

I'd like to hear from any mod please.

I don't know if it's off topic but please JAGEX read this . I am playing old school and it's disconnecting every 10 minutes......and then i have to wait around 10-15 mins to log back in...Why is this happening ? pls remove rs3.....and put back rs the way used to be . THERE IS NO NEED of allllll of those new non-sense updates ..... And it's so annoying because i can't even train , it keeps disconnecting me !!
