I don't know if I am posting this in the right area, but would it be possible for people that have done the 'Shield of Arrav' Quest to be able to give people another half of their certificate please or allow players to reset their progress in the quest if they have not finished it yet?

I am currently doing my first elite clue scroll, I get to the second step and it tells me that I have to wear Barrows Gloves, so I get to doing 'Recipe for Disaster'. I can do the beginning part, making the 'Dirty Blast' and I am able to free some of the frozen people, ones that don't have very high requirements, such as the dwarf and so on. Then it comes to Sir Amik Varse, and I am stuck. I have all the skill requirements, but not all the quest requirements. Now I haven't done 'Merlin's Crystal' quest, but that isn't a problem, I can do that any time, I was thinking about doing it after the 'Shield of Arrav'. But wait, I need a friend to do this quest, I need someone from the Black Arm Gang, I made a terrible mistake when doing this quest and went as a Phoenix Gang Member, the most popular one, and as a result can not find anyone doing the 'Shield of Arrav' Quest.

My proposal is that we make it possible to reset the progress of the 'Shield of Arrav' quest if it has not been completed. This would allow many players to change to a different gang thus making 'Heroe's Quest' easier as well as 'Shield of Arrav'. I can see nothing game breaking here, I do however suggest that their can only be one reset of the quest, this is to stop people from making accounts purposely to charge people to change to whatever gang they need to finish the Shield of Arrav quest. If I have not posted this in the appropriate area, please send me a link in the response to this so that I may copy and paste it into the there.

Kind regards,
Bosserson
