Question:

For the medium achievement diary in Falador, the 20% increase drop rate from guards...does that only apply to Falador guards? Does it Apply to varrock guards, for instance the ones in the palace? Do I have to be wearing the shield in order for it to take effect? Please explain, thanks!

I finally managed 55 slayer and have obtained a leaf-bladed sword, now I just need a firecape and barrows gloves.

Dunno which I should attempt first... I am using the legends cape since it looks pretty... So I guess I could work on the quest requirements for RFD. I only really need to get 70 cooking.

If you're after both then its obvious which you should go for first: barrow gloves.
Like Kiara said, all those levels you gain will make Fight Caves all the bit easier.
