26% of players who wants the game to stay the same while the rest takes the fall...

If it comes down to 74.5% or so it should be rounded and count as a pass because seriously by few votes it can't pass... more amount of people compared to the minority will be angry and will seem ridiculous that they care more for the minority...

At this point it would be illogical to ignore the clear majority.

All it would do is cause the majority of the players to hate on Jagex for the perceived injustice.

75% is ridiculous anyways, why poll anything in the first place if it only takes 25% of conservative nostalgia-obsessed players to wreck everything?

The 25% obviously has too much power, the 75% is always at the mercy of the 25%.
