know many HLFers who are excited to start playing OSRS again if GE passes.
One more reason I would prefer it not pass honestly. Nothing says OSRS like a common "im maxed" people do. Not to mention the whole xp waste mentality really needs to die.

I held on to them until after the blowpipe was released because I knew they'd go up in price, and then after seeing how powerful it was, thought to give it a couple more days as people jumped on the bandwagon and were desperate to get pking with it quickly.
So yeah, I would say that knowing roughly how the market would play out worked greatly to my advantage here, considering they were like 400gp each a couple months ago.
I didn't, however, know that the day after I dumped them it'd be nerfed and they'd fall by like 25%...
As it happens though, knowing supply and demand is one of the few aspects of trading knowledge being an advantage that the GE preserves, so it'd have been good for me either way.
Yeah, with or without GE prices will still go up and down based on supply and demand. Nice profit on the darts. I remember way back when I was still merching I would have like 30k+ dragon darts bought at 200 ea then resell em 700 ea in bulk, sadly I sold them off long ago. I haven't paid attention to any updates in awhile until Zulrah came into game.

Why the heck is that so close to failing? Do people hate farmers or something?
A fair number of players just vote no to everything. The highest yes percentage I've probably ever seen was maybe 89%.
We've had 90%+ before. Its rare to see it go that high because of the simple fact that many people will disagree with an update. I'd wager less then 5% vote no to EVERYTHING.

You need to twitter more.
Actually, I hardly use twitter, I just stumbled upon a tweet about it by pure chance 2-3 days prior to the nerf.
I don't twitter either but lucky for me a friend told me of the uncoming nerf to them early on.

That mentality is never leaving, the more players playing the better. And its not like its only HLFers who will start playing if GE passes**** makes it easier for your average player to sell stuff off, the current trading system favor bulk flipping merchers that sit in banks all day trading.

I'm pretty sure something as trivial as adding more bank space received like 10% no votes in a previous poll.
*sigh**** percentage is climbing, might actually pass. Sad days if it does, adjusting the TP would have been better in my opinion.
