I posted something on the 2007scape reddit just now that you might be interested in. DPS comparisons of blowpipe with dragon and bronze darts to the acb with diamond bolts and also max melee with the tentacle whip. Formatting for tables is much nicer on reddit so I tend to post that sort of stuff over there.

Posting this for my own reference:
Arma c'bow w/ void setup:
134(1.2) accuracy = 160.8
105(1.2) strength = 126

Arma c'bow w/ arma setup:
209 accuracy
105 damage

Blowpipe w/ void and rune dart:
97(1.2) accuracy = 116
54(1.2) strength = 64

Blowpipe w/ void and dragon dart:
100(1.2) accuracy = 120
60(1.2) = 72

Blowpipe w/ rune darts in arma:
152 accuracy
54 strength

Acb is 3.6secs/atk, blowpipe is 1.2 secs/atk so acbs 126 strength to rune darted blowpipes 192 is quite a big difference. If blowpiper wears arma it would have 10% less accuracy but 25% more damage. If accuracy isn't a big issue, in void blowpipe can do 50% more dps.

Darts are very hard to buy atm and very expensive.
