Only if those who vote yes get banned in exchange. Seems fair no? (note that I don't get even I get ahead). Havent decided if I'm voting yes or not but that is a fair exchange, the starter comes out last.

Just limit yourself to
red
and
tan
to limit character count, and introduce an encompassing third colour to make it three colours.
