I notice it happen when your profile is 'maxed', i.e. your oldest thread goes to the top and when you post on a new thread it falls off your profile. Obviously it seems to happen otherwise as well.

The best part about that if you keep scrolling down... the person who was doing the reporting was the one botting, and the person being reported was not.
