It might not go away, that's up to Jagex, but there should be an option to appeal it through your account page on the website. There's a list of infractions on the "account status" page where you should be able to deal with it.

Bot/macro is a pretty clear cut case though and I've never heard of Jagex accepting an appeal other than because of major system glitches. Though, if you are innocent of it then I hope it gets sorted out for you.

Hello,
I died during servers disconnections at Nex today 2 hours ago . On my way back to retrieve items from the chest I died again and lost alot of items including untradeables like inferno cape.
Please help.
