Yet another great Saradomin trip with Ownage and Barca.
Barca wasn't getting any kills for a while and then she finally got one and it was a hilt. Later on I got a sword and then the next kill I got a crossbow. 22.7m each total

So I got my first superior slayer monster on my iron man and I got a totem piece just before he spawned meaning B2B totem drops as he gave me one too.
Just for info, he literally just had way more HP and def, all I had to do was flick piety as I was afking with mage prayer anyway so it really wasn't challenging at all.
