Dear Jagex,
Before you close my thread please hear me out. I recently received a perma mute on my other account (make bh f2p) and I really don't know what to do except just beg for a second chance here as my appeal instantly got declined. I have been playing the game for less than a month and I have grown to love this game but one bad day has cost my account a perma mute. I realize no one wants to hear me use a sob story as an excuse but I was truly having a really, really bad week (got laid off at a place I worked at for the last 4 years and found out one of my family members is struggling with their health) outside of this game and I let that get to me which caused me to take my anger out on other players during LMS games on other players when I shouldn't have. I am not shifting blame on anything else and I know nothing can justify or excuse trash talking other players with vulgar terms as this game is meant to be a safe environment for all and I fully accept responsibility for my actions. However, I am still begging for a second chance as I have only been playing for next than a month and I have zero infractions prior to this mute. This was my first offense ever on this game and if I could go back in time and take back what I did I would in a heartbeat. All I am asking for is one person at Jagex to sympathize with me and consider lowering the severity of my punishment. It would really suck if I just can't talk for the rest of the time playing the game I love due to one mistake I made. I promise if you do deserve to give me a second chance I will not disappoint you as I have learned a valuable lesson.
