Can't log in

I get a message saying "either your account is still logged in or the last world you were using has become unavailable"

I can't find anything in support to help me with this. I'm using an alt account for leagues. It has lv1 stats in the main game. I never shared any of my log in details with anyone.

So it finally let me log in after 6 hours. I was in the exact spot where I left off. I played for a bit and logged off and now it's happening again. I can't log in...
