so being geared up, potted, and piety, i am hitting 45 for my max without using the spec. when i use my spec, i am hitting 45 as my max as well. as of right now, the 100% damage instead of 85% damage for the fang spec isn't working. this issue just recently started up. i searched around and couldn't find anyone else posting anything about it or i couldn't find a recent nerf for the fang either.
