The PvP Arena is no longer awarding points for Ranked 1v1 duels. Win or lose your current points will remain the same when accessing the shop on the main game worlds.

Please look into this.

This sounds like something that should be reported as a bug via the in-game bug report interface. You can right-click the report button in-game and select the "Report game bug" to do this.
