Additional Requirements/Information: I'm standing here with half the shield. A random person gave me the key, I didn't know I needed the other half of the shield. This quest is the WORST. Please someone bring me the other half and end this suffering.

It's been hours of waiting to do this stupid, ridiculous quest. Someone please just trade me the other half of the cert and I'll give you my other half and 10k.
