Additional Requirements/Information: My part of the quest is done, just need a Black Arm gang member to finish the quest regardless of if they still need to finish their part for the black arm gang. PM me in game - Username: I M Dead858

Problem - Don't have levels/items to kill that guy.
Solution - Max out all combat stats and atomize him.
