Update: Completed both quests, used the clan chat "osrs soa" which is much more active than this form and has people doing these two quests pretty frequently.

I will need the help of a phoenix gang member to complete the quest.
I will be online off and on but from 9pm gtm. I’ll be on for a few hours if anyone would like to meet up and complete this quest.
