Hi - I'm a Black Arm Gang member waiting for a Phoenix Gang partner to give me the keys to the storeroom. I'll then run to get the shield half and we can go to the museum together. Thank you. ( I'm in world 424 in front of the Phoenix Gang hideout south of the rune shop in Varrock.)
