Which would be better xp rates pest control or sand crabs? Specifically for str attack and defence. I need my blue charms back.

Def sand crabs or rock crabs. PC is OKAY xp, i heard it only gives half xp but that might just be a rumor. either way nobody really uses PC to train stats.
