Once again to the first two posts on this thread, I am not going to waste my time with people who don't know what they're talking about. There has been moderators who have confirmed this both on the forums and reddit, they just don't like to talk about it. Thanks for mentioning this Mrs Ana. I am mainly looking for a constructive solution to my problem of the black mark as I have uninstalled the vpn.

Can you post those mods saying this? I have not come across this.
And like i said i asked what research you did. I dont know why you want to throw personal attacks out by saying we dont know what we are talking about. Its why i asked for the research lol
And how are we suppose to know if its not talked about??? Lol so yeah can you post those mods saying that?
If your only inquiry is how to remove the offence on your account then you shouldnt have vpn in the title. And make the conspiracy that vpns trigger it in the first post. (It stays conspiracy till proven otherwise)
Its why i asked what research you did. As everything indicates thats the topic of the thread. and it be good to see that evidence. (Not just a claim that its been said on reddit) if you know where those posts are. Id rather not spend 2 days of research finding it. When you can provide it
I used VPN for a minute and never got banned but it was just a chore constantly having to put in my stupid autheticator thing every time my vpn was active.
OSRS - Filled with harassers sad...~
- Give me Private Hiscores this should not be public information! - ! REMOVE OSRS TAX !
A VPN is not inherently against the rules. Nor is third party software inherently against the rules.
A third party macroing device is against the rules. Using a shady VPN that hooks you up with the same IP that someone else used to bot puts your account at risk.
Like any third party software, it's use at your own risk. You accepted that risk when you logged in using a VPN, and unfortunately it didn't turn out well for you.
Many players use a VPN without receiving account infraction. We simply don't know what was happening on the VPN that you were using. Jagex for whatever reason didn't like what they saw and gave you a ban.
You should keep trying on twitter or elsewhere to get another opportunity at an appeal or an explanation, assuming your account has never done anything else wrong before. But the forums aren't gonna help you.
