It appeared players could freeze with barrage - walk under then just claw you out. Mithril seeds were super rare and ice barrage hit constantly at the start of matches. The starting lms gear lacked magic defence. Was alot of dding that had no counter too it.

I ran into the tree bug alot. people would barrage run behind a tree or obsticle to where they couldnt be attacked. This was very annoying and rather then eating for 15 minutes i often preferred just to die. I obviously couldnt kill someone i was unable too attack it really became fustrating.
pretty sure this is intended; this is often how people escape in deep wildy by freezing then LOSing behind a tree to world hop

most of players that pvp nowadays have been doing it for years this really shouldn't come as a surprise tbh

Found 2 bugs today in lms.


On valley map
If the player is looting a chest inside a house guess its a house the wooden boxes lol and they are ice barraged by a player outside the house - wooden thing the player is unable too return fire with a crossbow or ballista. Ice barrage can travel over and through walls of these structures but range is unable too.

If a player is attacked and attempts to climb a ladder they are unable to climb it.
however if a player is attacked up the ladder they can flee by going down the ladder.
hypocasy much why one way but not the other.

The entire minigame is all about ice barrage it was clearly never tested given that it goes through so many objects or over so many objects. if it was tested it was most likely done by people who like the ice barrage and enjoy taking advantage of its op nature. The pvp community sadly worships ice barrage and refuses too point out the op nature of the skill even though it has a tremendous advantage over melee . range and other magics.

in wilderness ice barrage appears to hit around 60-70 percent of time.
however in lms this number is above 90 percent. im guessing due to the lack of mage defence in the minigame. Hi Everyone.

Tips for those completing the collection log.

Tip 1 While this is a pvp minigame its strategic to be smart.
the more fights the higher odds of death the fewer points per hour. Its last man standing not player who kills the most.

Tip 2 Try too avoid fights with 126s they are nearly impossible too kill you will eat all your resources and the result will still be most of the time your death.

Try to fight fights you believe you can win if you wanna be macho and run into every 126 thats upto you but its not likely to turn out well. Everyone may have the same stats but these 126s have thousands of hours in experienced pvp.

Tip 3 comes down to timing if the game has 3 players remaing these fights will take a considerable amount of time for only a slight point increase. It may be faster to die and get into the next game. your odds of beating the player at 2 isnt high anyway. while its fun to win it may not be the best points per hour gained.

Tip 4 if you see someone using claws or voidwaker- ags on another player make your way away from them because their odds of winning are extremly high if they dd you. Dont try to put bad gear against good if you can help it.

Keep in mind that the players in lms will always win matches. the victor is the same usually in every game they play. While i enjoy winning too its not worth the time spent. 99.9 percent arent going to ever obtain the thousand win cape and if someone did id question their legitimacy of fair play.

If your going for collection i log i definitly understand how difficult it is. im hundreds of games in with only 25 victorys. Hopefully these tips will be helpful too collection loggers. Hi Everyone.
