A poll requires 70% to pass.
When I utilize the poll booth in-game to view the ruinous powers questions #4, and #5, and #15 all passed with over 70%.
When I go to the main website and look at poll history those questions failed with just shy of 70%.
I did the math, and the difference is based on the inclusion or exclusion of the 'skip question' votes being counted in the overall total. (Poll booth doesn't count them into total, main website history does)
Will the 'skip' votes be counted or no? Did these questions pass the poll or no?

Looking further back at other polls this seems to be a recurring thing. It is clear to me now that the 'skip' votes are not counted towards the total. It is simply an incorrect representation of percentages when viewing the poll history on the main website.
