hey foks my friend have make a osrs acc but hee cant train deffence it only come with 2 options in attack the one is attack xp and the secend is strengt xp but hee dont get the box with share or deffence hee have try alot diffrent weapons and magic staff too how can hee changes it so hee can train deffence? (:
