So I am currently doing the Monkey Madness I Quest in OSRS and I am at the part where I need to speak to Daero with the Narnodes Orders. However there's an issue, I did not have a free slot at the time of talking to the king so it was dropped on the ground and I did not notice this, so I went up the ladder to speak to Daero, only to then realize that I had just left the orders on the ground.

Speaking to the king does NOT give me the orders again, changing worlds does not help, and I cannot progress the quest without them. What can I do?

Update to this, I am able to access the hanger, however I am unable to proceed in the quest, talking to Daero in the Hanger only has him stating to leave I need to enter the teleporter in which I will be placed back in the throne room. Runelite tells me: "Talk to Daero on the 1st floor of the tree gnome stronghold. Make sure to go through all of the Chat Options (I did) to be teleported to a new location.
Requirements

1x Narnode's Orders

- You can get another from king Narnode (I cannot)

1 x Gnome Royal Seal
