Almost 2 weeks ago now I have reached the rune rank in leagues.
Till today I am not able to claim my rune trophy from the leagues tutor in lumbridge.
He also did not update my League Points - he is still saying that I have 41.2k points instead of the correct 42.2k.
I have changed my name during leagues before i´ve reached the rune rank - earlier it was no problem for me to claim the adamant trophy, so I am assuming that it might has to do something with the name change?
I would be very happy if some1 could look into this problem
