I am pretty sure that the Sunfire cosmetics which gain xp and level up when you train prayer with it enabled work in the wilderness. Bit strange, but I'm fairly certain it did last time I was there anyway.

The KQ outfit immediately made me think that, she has two stages, so the outfit would progress in the same two stages. I liked that idea.

Well until we get some confirmation, ill stand by what i said.
Even if the outfit isn’t visible in the wild its still technically worn, the kills would probably register.
Alternatively they could have it tied to the in game boss kill count, that we use for quick chat.

How exactly would that work?
Would ppl auto unlock the "attuned" version if they have over 5 kills?
That’d be up to the devs wouldn’t it? It’s not like 5 kills is a substantial amount though.
