I have the Skypouncer pet on another account, I want to get it on this one as well. It's ridiculous that something like that would be removed.
To the people that say "should have gotten it when it was available", this is an empty statement. This works fine for limited time items in-game, but not for store items!
I was looking for the skypouncer in the store today, and came to the shocking discovery that it was no longer there. I don't know when it was removed, but it was clearly not communicated as well as I'd have liked (e.g. by email). Sometimes I take a break from RS which lasts for a few months, and who would have ever thought they would remove something from the store!
I definitely vote for bringing the skypouncer back. In fact, the store is so limited (especially if you take into account that only a part of the things in the store peak your interest), why remove things at all.
