Invention skillcape is a members item, due to that reason it cannot be "activated" when you are free to play.

This is with all skills that require membership to get 99 with.

Yeah I have a similar problem, but I'm a member. for some reason whenever i click "apply" for my constitution cape (t), it won't show on my character. Although, i did however try my con. hood and worked fine.
