Loyalty Points Not Paying Out

My next Loyalty Point payout was due on 13 Dec, 2020. The "NEXT PAYOUT" counter has been on zero since Dec 13. It is now Dec 16, 2020 and my points still haven't been paid out, to which the "NEXT PAYOUT" counter still reads zero. This is also preventing me from receiving the Loyalty Crown year 7.

Is this a glitch or a programming problem? Has anyone else experienced this?

I don't get Loyalty points either. Been the same situation as yours. Counter is zero and I would like to get my pts for Divination aura, so I could earn those charges already. Hurry up Jamflex.

Finally saw a response. Their is a known issue and the fixed it but since it would screw something else up, the loyalty points won't get dumped until your next loyalty point date, so you'll get two months worth at once. Hope that helps.
