I suspect the male version would probably look similar to the outfits worn by the WWE's Spirit Squad.

For those unfamiliar with the WWE, the Spirit Squad was basically a team of wrestlers with a male cheerleader gimmick. They largely played roles as the henchmen of the big 'heels' of the WWE storylines some years back. The gimmick was briefly reprised a year or so ago, but hasn't been seen in a while.

However, I'm sure that if you look for WWE and Spirit Squad, you'll get some pictures that will give you an idea of what sort of outfits I'm talking about.
