View unlocked option?

So I recently returned for a bit to see what's going on for December and to pick up my 10 year cape. However I noticed when I go to the customization interface I no longer have an option to select all the customizations I have already unlocked, so I have to scroll through pages upon pages and even then its hard to tell what is unlocked. Why was this feature removed?

Check your filters. Filter by availability or source at the top of customizations then under availability you click the box next to the not owned option. WAAAGH!!!
