Jagex, we need this cosmetic!

What would also be cool

1. Add the feature that it can be seen in PvP as long as you're wearing the Slayer Helmet known today.
2. Give players the option of the look. It doesn't even have to be cosmetic. Just give them the option of what appearance they want at the slayer masters.
3. Add this option (so it doesn't have to be a cosmetic): "Learn to Make Original Slayer Helmet" - [Insert pt. Value].


(Additionally/Possibly) Make it only available to those who've earned the Slayer helmet in-game (so that the cosmetic can be displayed in PvP).
