So today i tried purchasing the reckless aura .. from solomons store with my loyalty points ..
after apon purchasing it, i go to check my aura Bag and there is a berserker Aura ..

i dont know what happened or what went wrong .. But ive been saveing these points up over 6 month'ish now and would love it this Transaction is reversed and the reckless aura for this berserker which i dont even use melee and is a waste of time for me..

it would be Very helpful if this can happen if not .. id be very upset and dont want to wait another 6-7 months for a 50,000 loyalty point aura when i just had that

You might try contacting Player support through the "Contact Us" button on the Refund of Solomon's store purchase article in the Support Centre.
