Supported, why not add scars not only for the neck like if you get cut you got a scar or a hole scar from being shot by an arrow etc cosmetic override of course

I saw where someone mentioned clipping being an issue with armor.

I think it should be up to the player if they want to use or not. And there
are lots of outfits to use besides armor outfits. Personally I wont be
wearing a bow tie or fancy necklace to fight. The richest person is not who has the most. It is who Needs the least.

Personal would not wear that, but its a suggestion some people would like to see this.
