I am not able to buy runecoins, The store site has changed since the last time I was there, but everytime I add to basket and then go to checkout it clears my basket as I proceed to checkout. Is the store down atm?

Try using a different browser. This appears to be affecting a number of people and the use of a different browser (or device) often will allow you to make the purchase.

I'm not sure if this is limited to one browser, so out of interest, what browser were you using that did not work?

Sounds like IE is the problem.

I've heard people trying Firefox and Chrome as alternatives and both work. I know it may be inconvenient to DL a new browser just for RS purchases, but it's worth a go.
