I bought the flameheart outfit through loyalty points on solomon store. The item doesn't appear when I go to Customization in game. Nothing comes up under outfits or anything. Would like the outfit, if you could get back to me that'd be great. Thanks.

Double-check that you haven't accidentally filtered your outfits.

Open up the wardrobe interface, and click the button that looks like three shevrons arranged in a triangle. Make sure the 'Availability' and 'Source' boxes are ticked. To verify, click the drop-down arrow next to each of them, and make sure all the boxes are ticked - particularly the 'Solomon's Store' box. If the boxes aren't ticked, certain outfits and cosmetics won't display in the wardrobe.
