When it comes to minimalism, there really is no wrong answer besides clashing colors. Your wings could be a shade lighter to remain consistent with the skin or cloth. The weapon choice is good, but for me the blue lightning effect is distracting from the otherwise mute color scheme. I would consider a different style of boot myself, maybe even bare feet to continue the minimalist feel, but that comes down to personal preference. I like the skin tone and choice of hair color and eye glow. Not my favorite hair style, but I'm also not sure of what I could suggest as an alternative. I can't decide if I want something in the neck slot or not, but I feel adding something would just be clutter. All in all a solid piece.
