I got a challenge for yall, im looking for a outfit that looks like neo on anime RWBY. see if there is anything out there that looks like her.
I typed a long detailed response and the page crashed, so in short, it's doable, but the top is hard to imitate. Pink and white are a rare combination. I will make it and take a picture when I get home.

yeah i figured it would be a challenge, and i do really like the outfits you come up with, to bad i dont have half the stuff unlocked to make them
Ok, so this was rough and I had to alter every piece of base clothing I had. The problem is that the clothes are more modern than what is present in runescape so you have to do a lot of improvisation. Also her hair is hard to replicate exactly because it is split tone, while all of the hair besides one mixes colors (I had to google the character). So this is the final result

Very impressive, Neo from RWBY anime is my favorite, if you dont know the anime, pretty much neo is this character that doesnt talk (no one knows why) but when she fights people cant seem to land a hit on her, she to fast and agile, just avoids attacks and takes out her targets like nothing, a awesome character.
