Please excuse the title, it was more for Click bate per say.

So, today I bought a Keepsake token from Solomon for I believe 126 Rune Coin. However, upon logging into the game I could not find the token anywhere.

I've checked my bank, My currency pouch and I've gone threw every item in my bank in case the search option wasn't picking it up for some reason.

I'm sure this is probably a glitch, has anyone else experienced this problem? Am I looking for it In the wrong place? Will jagex refund my Runecoin?

Any advice or suggestions are welcome! please help me out, Thank you.

have you checked your customisations tab?

it may have gone there, as there is a counter for how many keepsake keys, runecoins and loyalty points you have in the top right of the window

check there first, otherwise, id guess sending a ticket to jagex would be your next step

Keepsake Keys are stored "virtually" inside the Wardrobe Interface now. If you open your Wardrobe, you should see the different Store currencies to use in the top right. Your Keepsake Key should be there, next to the Loyalty Points.

However now a new issue arises how do I use it from there?
