Hey there,

I 'm not sure where to put this if it's not in the right place.

Last night I bought the 6 keepsake keys pack only when I got back into the game, it showed had no keys. I thought it was just going to be delayed at first, but this evening I logged into the game and I still have 0 keys. I did look in the right place, I know they aren't a physical item anymore.

I know I should contact support but I'm not sure really what category it would fit into, as the billing support just looks like its mostly for issues with real money payments. I'm not really sure what can be done.
