I purchased a bond via GE, to get rune coins. Ones I received it I went to Solomon's store to purchase keepsake keys while they're on sale. I made a purchase but the keys are not showing up in game.
If this is your first time buying keepsake keys in a long time, you should know that the keys are no longer physical items that you use with the item you want to keepsake; instead, they're now "currency" in the customization wardrobe, and you keepsake items by dragging them to your keepsake box.
