My keepsake key is an ITEM itself in my inventory. As in, literally the KEEPSAKE KEY ITSELF is in my inventory. How the do I use it/redeem it?

It was added to my account after lodging a request about a lost keepsake item due to a bug, and now I can't use it for an item I'd like to keepsake.

Hmm that's odd. Keepsake keys used to be an item before they were eventually stored inside your wardrobe. So why you had it added as an item beats me.

Anyways, have you tried using the item you want to keepsake on the key? As that is how we used to do it back then.
It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice.
