When do i get Loyalty points?

I just bought a 3 month membership and i'm still waiting for 10k loyalty points... That i don't know when i'm gonna get, if.

Can a mod please inform me or something?

Anyone?

Loyalty points are awarded at the end of each month of membership.

If you log into the Store and click on 'My Account', that same page that shows you what your current loyalty point balance is and how many points your next reward will be, also shows when the next points will be awarded. (It shows how many days til the reward payout, rather than a date.)

You get it at the end.

For example, if you used bonds to buy a two week membership, you would not get any loyalty points. If at the end of that two weeks, you bought another two weeks with another bond, that would be a month and you would get a month's loyalty points at the end of that.

If you purchase a package that includes bonus loyalty points, such as Premier Club, you will receive the bonus points at the beginning. The regular points still come at the end of each month.

We're in 2017 now and i'm still waiting for *11,500 points. I thought points were awarded at the end of each month, or so i was told.

Am i ever gonna get any more Loyatly points or what? am i gonna stay with 1000 points? what's going on here?

Your points should be awarded upon each month's anniversary of when you last started your current continuous membership. Your forum avatar indicates that you started your latest continuous membership in December. For example, if you started it on the 1st of December, then you should have received your loyalty points today. If you started your membership on 10th, then the payout will be on the 10 of January.
