I do, however, think that this feature could be further improved by RS providing us with the option of being able to 'toggle' the ears on and off as an additional 'special' customisation setting in the 'premium hairstyle' section, or somewhere similar. This way, we would be not only able to wear them in conjunction with auras and hats, etc, but they wouldn't disappear when you travel to locations where customisations have to be turned off.

A slightly more complex option would be to give us the opportunity to choose our in-game species/race, even if such options were slightly limited. I've always wanted this to be a possibility, and through the feedback I've received when I raised this suggestion previously, I'm not the only one.

Either way, it would be nice to have the choice of being able to wear the elf ears with our headgear at some point, however it's achieved.
