So 3 days later still no response from jagex on my ticket, not sure how long this usually takes as new player...
Bought corruption recently, other aura was actually purchased a yer ago when i played for a few days then life got crazy.
Cant claim at Xuans nor is it in the aura pouch regardless what i do with filters.
Help please, feel like with how small jagex is this could take at leas a month to fix and i really want those wings. Late fiance and i were going to get matching pair in RS together and anniversary of her passing was the day i got em... at this point the salt on the issue is tremendous any help appreciated.

In the aura settings, make sure it's set to 'all owned', this should then show you the auras that you have, and the ones that you bought should be included (you can double check if they've purchased by visiting the store)

If you've sent in a ticket to support about the issue, you should hear back within 48 hours. If it's been that long and you haven't heard anything, send in another ticket :)
