On a related but unrelated note, i don't like the direction the game is heading so i'm gonna say no support to anything mtx related. If you're going to have this happen then make it available via normal gameplay and not mtx.

I too would like to see this. Same goes with drake pets.

I've claimed the fire lycan just yesterday by redeeming a code from pc gamer, just to let you guys know that you can still sign up and claim a free pet since they have a lot of spare codes.

Note: I subscribed to PCGamer online since I live outside of the U.K.

But people living in the one area of the world did not get it unless they
purchased the subscription to the magazine. So that doesnt work either @Thophurious.

Im not being mean or anything I do think releasing anything needs to be fair.

But the release of both of these pets .. anyone could partake in. Living in the county
did not make it automatic.

I will say the way the water Lycan was released gave more people a chance only in
that more people noticed before it was too late. The richest person is not who has the most. It is who Needs the least.

Wrong.

The magazine isnt the only way to get the pet as explained here:

To add to this, you can still buy the magazine even if you live outside the UK.

Like ive said already, i live in the US and i got the magazine.

Draco, maybe i said it wrong i said you could not get it without subscription when I should have said magazine. Draco, I go it on release and I live in the United States also. So I know
its possible to get.

one magazine on release myself not a whole subscription.

But I will stand by my last statement, I think its more fair to do it the Runepass way. Makes it
more simple and easy. No going outside the Runescape website. The richest person is not who has the most. It is who Needs the least.

Yet theyd have to deal with the potential lawsuit with their agreement with PC Gamer.

Also if you choose to not get something just because you choose not to go to legit sources, then thats on you.

I mean why have a promo for a magazine/membership with it not being bought with the magazine/membership?
