Hey i was just using my aura 2 days ago and i had them all in my banks now they are gone. i tired to get them back from Xuan or w/e his name is but i can't get them back they say unlocked only. Where is my stuff did i lose it all?

Look in the equipment interface. You should see an aura icon. All auras have been moved there as part of a recent update.
