Currently from the Privateer Pack you could only obtain the Main-Hand Variant of the Privateer Cutlass. However, the Cutlass is used to override Main-Hand weapons, and so I would like to suggest that an Off-Hand version should exist as well to complete the set.

I mean almost every other sword i can think of has an off-hand + it only makes sense.

Agreed. All main hand over-rides should have an off-hand variant. I can't think of many situations where I would equip a shield these days.
